Harveys Lake Tahoe
Part of Caesars Entertainment, Harveys Lake Tahoe is a short 7-minute walk (0.3-miles) to the Tahoe Blue Event Center, the location of 2024 NORC. With 7 restaurants onsite as well as a Starbucks, elevate your adventure at Harveys Lake Tahoe, the very first casino hotel built on the lake’s South Shore. Room Rates:
$75 per guestroom, per night, single or double occupancy, plus applicable taxes (currently 14% occupancy tax and $5 county fee) plus daily resort fee of $20. Each additional person will be charged at a rate of $20 per person, per night with a maximum of 4 persons per guestroom. Group room rate will be honored from Sunday, May 5 to Wednesday, May 8 based on actual availability (with limited rooms available on Thursday, May 9). A group room rate of $129 per guestroom, per night will be charged for the weekend pre and post for the dates of May 3, 4, 11, and 12 (Mother’s Day weekend).

Please note the discounted room block rate is good through 5:00 p.m. Pacific on April 23, 2024. Any reservations made after the cut-off date will pay the prevailing rate if rooms are available.

Forest Suites Resort at Heavenly Village
For a non-gaming hotel option, check out Forest Suites Resort at Heavenly Village with one- and two-bedroom suite options, just a short 0.8 miles from the Tahoe Blue Event Center. While breakfast is included in each stay, Forest Suites Resort does not offer a restaurant onsite. However, many dining options are available within very short walking distance. $84 per one-bedroom suite/$104 per two-bedroom suite per night (Sun-Thurs) or $104 per one-bedroom suite/$154 per two-bedroom suite (Fri-Sat), plus applicable taxes (currently 12.195% occupancy tax and $4 city tax per night) plus daily resort fee of $30. Limited rooms available with group rate available pre and post stay. Deposit: A 1 night deposit will be taken at the time of reservation, to confirm the booking, with a 7-day cancellation and refund policy.

For attendees arriving prior to Sunday or staying later after Thursday night, please call the reservation department at the number provided as the discount rate is not available online for these days but will be honored for NORC attendees!

Free South Lake Tahoe Transportation
All buses within South Lake Tahoe are currently fare-free. There is a stop in front of the Tahoe Blue Event Center that heads away from the casinos, or just across the street at Golden Nugget that heads back toward the casinos and Heavenly Village. Route 55 services the Event Center and links with Route 50 at the Heavenly Village transit station. The buses run on a set schedule, and you can see the Route 55 schedule HERE.
