Conservation Finance Toolbox for Outdoor Recreation Projects

 Conservation Finance is an effective way to fund large scale projects that have public benefit. While many may know about financing fuels reduction, public works and other public projects, conservation finance for outdoor recreation actually uses a suite of tools to identify sustainable funding opportunities. This session will feature the tools used by Quantified Ventures, the leader in outdoor recreation conservation finance, and the Upper Valley Sustainable Trails Project in north central Washington with the nonprofit organizations TREAD, local communities, and land management agencies.
